journal prompts to help you go no contact and heal your heart

I often use journaling to get over a breakup or a failed talking stage. It helps me get out my emotions and also track my progress. Instead of keeping my sad or depressed feelings bottled up or feeling like Iโ€™m annoying my friends, I like to find journal prompts for letting go of someone to help me make those final steps to get over that ex-whoever.

Whether youโ€™re looking for journal prompts to get over a crush or dealing with your first heartbreak, Iโ€™m hoping these guided reflection ideas help you on your self love journey.
