Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
We currently only ship to the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. We look forward to shipping to other countries in the future.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We offer flat-rate shipping for $6.99 per order. Your shipping fee will be added at checkout.
incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Returns
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in its original condition
Be free of writing, markings, damage or signs of use
To request a return, please email us at thesld@selflovediaries.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back by mail.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or we sent you the wrong item.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
