We all have times when we want to give up on our dreams, relationships, hope, etc. But you may be standing in your own way, so I challenge you to change your mindset and keep going. 

Affirmations to encourage you to not give up may give you the inspiration you need to reach those goals and be proud of yourself for not giving up on yourself.

Here are a few affirmations for when you feel like giving up:

  • I’ve survived 100% of my hardest days. This one is no different.

  • It’s okay to rest. Quitting and resting are not the same.
