affirmations for when you feel unlovable

Feeling unlovable is a feeling that is rooted in past trauma and insecurities.

It feels impossible to imagine those who love you in the moment, and it’s tough to remind yourself of the positive relationships you have currently.

I’ve been impacted by feelings of unrequited love and romantic hopelessness, so I know how paralyzing and difficult to manage it is.

It feels like there’s some qualities about yourself that are “wrong” or “unattractive.” It’s impossible to hear people say that the right person will come unexpectedly, or that your true love is out there.

But what I’ve learned is that other people’s words mean little when I feel unlovable. I need to feel loved and see it myself, even if it comes from within or from friends and family.

When you’re feeling unlovable, use these affirmations to remind you of your worth and that you are lovable:
