affirmations for overcoming seasonal depression

Seasonal depression is something I’ve been convincing myself for years I don’t have. I mean if I’m sad all the time or randomly throughout the year, I can’t have seasonal depression, right?

But here I am, getting sad and not wanting to go anywhere the second it starts to get dark outside. Does it have to be 4pm though?

If you’re dealing with seasonal depression, tell yourself this season is temporary and your life and emotions don’t have to follow the schedule of the sun.

There are several tips you can do to get out of seasonal depression, but I want to focus on acknowledging the feeling and affirming that you will be okay.
