affirmations for detachment and letting go

I’m in a very uncomfortable stage of trying to detach with someone I truly loved.

It can be a painful experience to truly let this person go, but oftentimes, it can be the right decision, whether I like it or not. There will be times in your life, when you have to let someone go who you couldn’t imagine not communicating with.

It’s heavy. It’s sad. It’s painful. And it’s unfair. Nonetheless, I’m trying to prove to myself that I can be strong and resilient when someone shows me they don’t want me. My self worth has to be high enough to choose myself. And detachment is needed in the process of choosing myself.

If you’re trying to detach from someone and need some motivation, use these affirmations to inspire you to stay strong and make your self worth stronger than your temporary desires.
