journal prompts for when you're ready to date again

Dating after a breakup isn’t easy.

You may still have lingering feelings of sadness, regret, guilt or anger from the relationship. Or maybe you have a fear of trusting again.

While I won’t tell you the appropriate time to start dating again after a relationship ends, I will tell you the most healthy timing for serious dating (non-casual!) is when you feel mostly healed, open to new experiences and confident you don’t want to get back together with your ex.

When you’re ready to start dating after a breakup, it can help to process your feelings and emotions about love, attachment, relationships, etc.

Use these journal prompts to explore your thoughts and feelings in this next chapter so you can move on with a healthy mindset.
