Burnout can hit us all during a tough season of work, when we’re taking on too many personal responsibilities or if we take on too much on our plate.

It can feel exhausting to slowly burn out physically and mentally. But burnout doesn’t have to be a feeling that lasts forever. You can allow yourself rest, and take a few things off your agenda.
